Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Managed Platforms to govern and improve enterprise-managed platforms across web, mobile, and ecommerce channels.

You will lead MSP teams for administration, configuration, and roadmap management of AEM, Adobe Launch, Salsify, Algolia, Contentsquare, and related technologies, while guiding CI/CD and deployment automation initiatives. Qualifications

• Degree required as stated: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in technology operations, platform management, DevOps, or vendor management.
• 3–5+ years leading technical teams, vendors, or MSPs.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications and platform governance.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Experience operating in MSP/hybrid delivery models and hospitality/digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, MSP administration, configuration, and optimization of managed platforms across Web, Mobile, Ecommerce.
• Manage vendor relationships with Adobe, Salsify, Algolia, Contentsquare, and others; monitor performance.
• Lead DevOps governance, CI/CD standards, and deployment automation improvements.
• Direct a small team for Akamai and shared platform capabilities and ensure reliability.
• Drive operational excellence, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote AI-enabled automation across platform administration and workflows.
• Coach and develop direct reports and MSP partners; support workforce planning and forecasting.
