Job summary

FICO is seeking a Director of Platform Product Management – FinOps to lead cost transparency, optimization, and governance for the platform. You will align engenharia, product, and finance to connect usage, cost, and value, driving margin and operational discipline.

The role requires hands-on FinOps expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex cost data into strategic business insights for platform stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of product management or platform leadership experience.
• 5+ years in FinOps, cloud cost management, or infrastructure economics.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-native infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive FinOps platform strategy and roadmap across engineering, product, and finance.
• Build cost transparency, attribution, and governance with showback/chargeback models.
• Partner with engineering to embed cost-aware design and capacity planning.
