Job summary

SpotOn is seeking an Engineering Manager, Infrastructure to lead two teams responsible for Delivery (CI/CD, GitOps, developer platform) and Compute (Kubernetes, EC2). You will drive platform consolidation, governance, and reliability improvements across multiple environments.

You’ll empower staff engineers, collaborate with other Platform EMs, and ensure risk is managed while delivering a reliable, scalable platform that supports a growing restaurant-tech footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years managing engineers on platform, infrastructure, or developer-productivity teams.
• Experience leading senior and staff-level engineers and setting direction.
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure judgment (AWS preferred).
• Proven track record delivering cross-team platform migrations or adoption programs.
• Experience owning production reliability: on-call health and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Infrastructure teams (Delivery and Compute).
• Free staff engineers to focus on architecture and collaboration.
• Drive platform consolidation and PCI DSS compliance.
