Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong software engineering and system architecture background.
• 10+ years of experience in modern engineering environments.
• Strong programming or scripting skills in Java, Kotlin, C++, Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills.
• High ownership, sound prioritisation, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction, guide architectural decisions, and deliver scalable, reliable services.
• Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape platform strategy.
• Contribute to code reviews, problem-solving, and high-quality engineering work.
• Use data and system insights to improve platform performance and reliability.
• Lead design reviews for platform-wide changes across multiple hubs.
