Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Product Director to own the financial markets and platform product strategy. You will lead a high‑performing team of Product Managers and partner with engineering, commercial, and operations to solve complex challenges and drive product innovation.

This role can be based in SF, Singapore, Melbourne or Sydney, and offers the chance to shape the future of global banking by delivering scalable features, deep customer insights, and rapid iteration across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management or related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Understanding of e-trading, efx, and trading tech.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for financial markets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on scalable features for web and mobile.
• Work with commercial, marketing, legal, and finance to navigate regulatory complexity.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Expand into new verticals and use cases from concept to launch.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in finance, payments, tech.
