Harbinger in Garden Grove, CA is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Platform team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps) and drive critical initiatives like the Fleet dashboard, payment integration systems, and vehicle configuration tools.

You will bridge firmware and software, manage prioritization, and foster a culture of technical excellence and delivery. Automotive experience is not required, but strong leadership and hands-on work with React or GoLang are valued.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience not required; transferable domain skills welcome.
• Strong hands-on experience with React or GoLang and architecture.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with telemetry, real-time data visualization, and geospatial dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform team across Frontend, Backend, and DevOps.
• Drive development of Fleet dashboard, OTA, and vehicle configuration tools.
• Set architecture, technology, and hiring roadmap for the platform team.
• Mentor team on architectural and technical decisions for scalable products.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery and alignment with product roadmap.
