You'll lead demonstrations, tailor vehicle configurations, support pilots, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Service, and Sales to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Applications Engineering, Field Engineering, or another customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of automotive, commercial vehicles, electrification, industrial equipment, or related technologies.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly collaborative startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales throughout the customer journey from discovery to delivery.
• Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
• Understand customer operations and recommend vehicle configurations that meet business needs.
• Serve as the technical expert on Harbinger’s vehicle platform, charging solutions, and commercial applications.
• Develop technical proposals, respond to customer requirements, and support RFPs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges and capture customer feedback.
• Support pilot programs, customer launches, dealer training, and industry events.
