Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks an Systems Development Engineering Manager to drive policy development and execution across software applications, ensuring end-user effectiveness and a seamless experience. You will guide lifecycle strategy, oversee infrastructure teams, and mentor across departments to deliver high-impact IT solutions.

Responsibilities include leading large projects, coordinating with management, and shaping standard practices for development, integration, and modernization

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
• Bachelor's degree or higher in the Information Technology (IT) field. In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of experience in IT
• 7+ years of experience in IT
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems infrastructure
• Oversee teams responsible for servers, networks, storage systems, and software components
• Guide development lifecycle decisions and project strategy across multiple functional areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
