Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Infrastructure Platform Architect to own the Nexthink platform strategy, design, and deployment across the enterprise. You will drive platform architecture, develop use cases, and champion adoption with Security, Compliance, and Data Privacy in mind.

You will lead governance, oversee integrations with ServiceNow and endpoint tools, and guide a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, resilient solutions while measuring success with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies (cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, middleware).
• Experience in Agile teams and Agile release practices.
• Experience supporting DevOps in an Enterprise Agile framework (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Enterprise Scrum, Nexus, etc.).
• 2–4+ years hands-on Nexthink platform experience (design, deployment, optimization).
• Proven experience leading enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong understanding of Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
• Strong understanding of Endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, and implementation of the Nexthink platform.
• Drive platform architecture, use case development, and enterprise adoption.
• Lead platform governance, standards, and best practices.
• Architect scalable solutions aligned to enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Oversee integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow, CMDB, and endpoint management tools.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases.
• Partner with Service Desk and Operations teams to embed Nexthink into daily workflows.
• Define and track KPIs for performance measurement.
• Enable proactive and self-healing capabilities using Nexthink automation.
• Act as primary liaison with Nexthink vendor and third-party partners.
