Job summary

WME is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to help build, automate, and support the infrastructure platforms that power our technology ecosystem. This role will partner closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to improve reliability, streamline delivery processes, and enhance operational efficiency across cloud and hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate brings experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or related roles, including leadership on technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation solutions to improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code standards, reusable modules, deployment patterns, and environment strategies (Terraform, OpenTofu).
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Spacelift) to enable reliable software delivery and secure practices.
• Collaborate with security teams on DevSecOps, secrets management, policy-as-code, and auditability.
