GoMining seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to own the overall technical architecture across Payments, Cards, Custody, Wallet, Mining, and Core Platform. You will shape the target architecture, set standards, manage dependencies, and guide teams in a scalable, secure ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in enterprise architecture roles.
• Mandatory experience architecting FinTech, banking, payments, digital banking, or crypto platforms.
• Proven ability to design architecture across multiple products, services, or domains.
• Strong software engineering background; senior/lead/principal level.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with high-load, fault-tolerant, mission-critical systems.
• Solid cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and security considerations.
• Ability to define long-term strategy while remaining hands-on and guiding teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve end-to-end architecture of the GoMining ecosystem.
• Define target enterprise architecture, principles, standards, and long-term roadmap.
• Ensure architectural consistency across payments, wallets, custody, cards, mining, and core platform.
• Design scalable, resilient distributed systems for millions of users and high transactions.
• Establish architecture boundaries, service ownership, integration patterns, and data flows.
• Drive decisions on microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, data platforms, and cloud infra.
• Identify bottlenecks, debt, and scalability limits; remove dependencies.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with CTO, engineering leads, product leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate new technologies and infra solutions; ensure security, observability, and reliability.
• Remain hands-on in solution design and implementation reviews.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to own the overall technical architecture of the entire GoMining ecosystem, not just individual products. Your scope covers the architecture of all key domains (Payments, Cards, Custody, Wallet, Mining, and Core Platform) and the connections between them.

You will ensure that our products, platforms, infrastructure, and financial services operate as a scalable, secure, reliable, and interconnected ecosystem.

This is a highly influential role that requires both strategic architectural vision and deep hands-on engineering expertise. You will shape the target architecture, define technical standards, manage architectural dependencies, make critical technical decisions, and help teams choose the right path. You will work closely with the CTO, engineering leadership, and product teams.

Proven experience in FinTech, banking, payments, or cryptocurrency platforms is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end architecture of the GoMining ecosystem.
• Define the target enterprise architecture, architectural principles, standards, and long-term technology roadmap.
• Ensure architectural consistency and seamless integration across financial products, payments, wallets, custody, cards, mining services, and core platform infrastructure.
• Design scalable and resilient distributed systems capable of supporting millions of users and high transaction volumes.
• Establish clear architectural boundaries, service ownership, integration patterns, and data flows across multiple engineering teams.
• Drive critical architecture decisions involving microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Identify and eliminate architectural bottlenecks, technical debt, scalability limitations, and system dependencies.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with the CTO, Engineering Leads, Product Leaders, and business stakeholders to align technical architecture with business strategy.
• Evaluate new technologies, architectural approaches, and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure security, reliability, observability, performance, and operational resilience are embedded into architectural decisions.
• Remain deeply involved in technical discussions, solution design, and implementation reviews.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in enterprise, platform, or solution architecture roles.
• Mandatory experience architecting systems within FinTech, banking, payments, digital banking, or cryptocurrency companies.
• Proven experience designing architecture across multiple interconnected products, services, or business domains.
• Strong software engineering background, ideally as a Senior / Lead / Principal Engineer.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, and integration patterns.
• Experience designing high-load, fault-tolerant, and mission-critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of financial transaction processing, data consistency, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to define long-term architectural strategy while remaining technically hands-on.
• Experience driving architectural decisions across multiple engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain infrastructure, digital wallets, or custody solutions.
• Experience with card issuing, payment processing, banking integrations, or financial ledgers.
• Experience building or transforming complex multi-product financial ecosystems.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, KYC, AML, and financial compliance requirements.
