Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an experienced developer to lead and support a core software system in a fast-growing enterprise. You will work with business stakeholders to solve tickets and advance development, applying strong SQL, C#, and REST API skills.

Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is essential to success. The role emphasizes production ownership, CI/CD discipline, and the ability to review AI-generated code critically while ensuring integration quality and data

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong SQL experience including queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot complex production queries and model relations.
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably with C#/.NET.
• Ownership of production apps spanning database, back-end API, and web front-end.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and system integrations.
• Hands-on with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfort with change-management, tickets, and environment promotion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate between tech and business.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing support of a key core software system in a P&C environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to solve tickets and drive development.
• Design, review, and test AI-assisted coding where appropriate and ensure quality reviews.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal IT teams for integrations and migrations.
