Qualifications

• Extensive, production-grade Kubernetes scaling experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs.
• Experience owning platform and driving internal tooling for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical direction of the platform at scale.
• Own infrastructure as a product: deployments, environments, tooling.
• Improve reliability, observability, and developer experience across Kubernetes-based systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to accelerate delivery.
