Job summary

Rogo, a fast-growing fintech startup, is seeking a Platform Engineer to define and lead the technical direction of our platform as we scale 10x+ in enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role covering architecture, reliability, and developer experience across our Kubernetes-based infrastructure.

You will solve hard technical problems, raise the engineering bar, and partner with product teams. We value ownership, curiosity, and the ability to work in ambiguity while delivering impact at scale

Qualifications

• Extensive production-grade Kubernetes scaling experience.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs.
• Experience in big tech or startups that scaled infrastructure.
• Strong systems mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale Kubernetes-based platform for enterprise workloads.
• Define and contribute to reliability initiatives: SLOs, capacity planning, resilience.
• Own deployments, environments, and developer tooling.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership to unblock delivery.
