The role targets a hands-on platform engineer who ships high-impact features, improves developer productivity, and shapes the core infrastructure that underpins Flow’s experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience owning large platform components from design to deployment.
• Ability to tackle hard production problems and optimize for latency.
• Strong testing discipline and fast, safe shipping.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own whole parts of the platform end to end.
• Take the gnarly production problems nobody else has picked up.
• Make every product engineer faster — dev experience, deploy speed, abstractions.
• Build the agentic workflows that speed up you and your team.
