Wispr Flow is building the first voice interface a billion people use every day. Design is how it works, not how it looks, and the role ensures the product feels seamless across the Flow Bar, Flow Bubble, and voice keyboard.

You’ll work closely with product engineers and the founders to invent interaction paradigms, push AI-first design systems, and ship delightful UI that keeps users in flow.

• Talk to customers, observe them, and improve the product accordingly.
