Wispr is seeking a product designer to craft voice-first interfaces across desktop and mobile. You will collaborate with product engineers, designers, and founders to shape how Flow feels and works, not just how it looks.

You will define interaction patterns, prototype new paradigms, and help the company ship consistent UI/UX at scale. Candidates should love understanding users and obsessing over tiny details.

• Talk to customers, observe them, and obsessively improve the product.
