Job summary

Tempo is building a scalable, low-cost infrastructure stack for stablecoins and real-world payments. You will help the engineering team ship efficiently, maintaining production-grade infrastructure and cutting-edge crypto services.

Responsibilities include implementing infrastructure, reducing bottlenecks, ensuring chain and explorer reliability, and improving the developer experience while collaborating with teams to onboard large enterprises into crypto.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Rust, Go or Python tooling for production systems.
• Deep expertise deploying Kubernetes in production and using IaC tools.
• Experience with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana) and Linux networking.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage infrastructure to enable fast, reliable shipping.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the devops process for velocity.
• Maintain Tempo chain reliability, validator infra, explorer reliability.
• Improve core developer experience and tooling.
• Assist onboarding large enterprises into crypto and validators.
