Job summary

Inetum is seeking a Platform Engineer to join our team. The role involves setting up and maintaining environments, working with developers to resolve issues, and driving modernization efforts.

You will debug low-level problems, document processes, and automate repetitive tasks with scripts. The ideal candidate will have strong Linux skills, Bash scripting, Git, Puppet/Ansible experience, and solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Strong scripting skills with Bash.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet or Ansible.
• In-depth knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP.
• Experience with containerization and bare metal servers, including Tomcat and Nginx.
• Expertise in high availability systems, including HAProxy and IPVS.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with and create comprehensive documentation.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
