Job summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Platform Engineer (DevOps / Full-Stack Hybrid) to lead the deployment of a production system across three network environments in a hybrid role in Maryland. You will deploy and operate containerized apps with Kubernetes and modify backend Java Spring and frontend Vue.js components as needed.

The ideal candidate will own the deployment lifecycle, design a repeatable pipeline, and work across infrastructure, middleware, and application layers with the DevOps team

Qualifications

Hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized apps with Kubernetes.
Experience modifying Java/Spring back-ends and Vue.js front-ends.
Proficient with Docker and container tech, plus CI/CD pipelines.
Familiar with Git workflows and GitLab CI/CD deployments.
Comfortable working across networks, environments, and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

Deploy the production system across three network environments using Kubernetes.
Design and document a repeatable deployment process and pipeline.
Modify and troubleshoot system components in Java Spring and Vue.js as needed.
Troubleshoot across infrastructure, middleware, and application layers.
Collaborate with DevOps, software developers, and system engineers to align practices.
