Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a Platform Engineer to deploy the RAD production system across three network environments using Kubernetes. This hybrid role spans deployment, troubleshooting, and code modification in Java Spring and Vue.js.

The ideal candidate has Kubernetes deployment experience, strong Java/Spring and Vue.js skills, and a solid background in CI/CD and Linux administration. Partial telework is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or 4 years of platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized apps with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot and front-end Vue.js or comparable frameworks.
• Proficient with Docker, Git, and CI/CD deployments; Linux admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the RAD production system across three network environments using Kubernetes.
• Design and document a repeatable deployment process and pipeline for updates.
• Modify and troubleshoot system components in Java Spring and Vue.js as needed.
• Troubleshoot across infrastructure, middleware, and application layers during standups.
• Collaborate with DevOps, software developers, and system engineers to align practices with RAD architecture.
