Dark Wolf is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure for high availability and security of cloud-based applications. The role focuses on Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and DevSecOps practices within a collaborative, security-focused environment.

The position supports a hybrid schedule in Falls Church, VA, with on-site attendance about 50% of the time. The compensation is estimated around $125,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Formación

• Minimum 0–4+ years with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience designing and deploying self-managed Kubernetes on cloud platforms.
• Experience building cloud platform services inside Kubernetes clusters.
• Ability to design IaC with Terraform and automate security controls.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes platform services on cloud-native architecture.
• Integrate the Kubernetes platform with enterprise services to meet security needs.
• Implement secure automation, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team on modern technologies.
• Develop and refine best practices to improve deployment quality and speed.
• Apply industry security hardening and configuration management standards.
