Job summary

Quindar seeks a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to architect, automate, test, deploy, and maintain a Kubernetes-based infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. You will implement DevSecOps with SOC2/NIST 800-171 and FedRAMP Medium controls while guiding secure deployment strategies with the software team.

You will work directly with Quindar’s customers and internal teams in an Agile Scrum environment, shaping secure ingress/egress, CI/CD pipelines, and reliable, cost-aware cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 3+ years of professional experience in reliability, systems, DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret/Top Secret)
• Experience with Kubernetes-based architecture and Terraform/IAC
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and secure, scalable deployments

Responsibilities

• Architect, automate, test, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure across cloud/on-prem environments.
• Implement DevSecOps practices with SOC2/NIST 800-171 and FedRAMP Medium controls.
• Own deployment strategy and collaborate with software teams for secure, scalable architectures.
• Develop secure ingress/egress to data centers and optimize availability and performance.
• Engage with customers and teams in an Agile Scrum setting to ensure successful deployments.
