Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 0–4 years in enterprise IT supporting end-user services, digital workplace capabilities, platform administration, automation, analytics, or platform-based service delivery.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms, including configuration, access management, integrations, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain reusable workflows, automations, and API-based interactions.
• Develop and maintain scripts and integrations under security and access controls.
• Support platform administration: access models, permissions, configurations, data feeds, and operational controls.
• Contribute to deployment, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of platform components.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to measure platform health, performance, and adoption.
