Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Platform Engineer to support and improve enterprise platform services across cloud and on‑prem environments in Manchester/Nashua, NH. You will troubleshoot incidents, execute requested changes, and contribute to automation, documentation, and standardization.

The role requires 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience, relevant certifications, and a strong knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud services. On-site work is required in the NH area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related IT infrastructure operations and platform engineering experience.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve enterprise platform services across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform service requests, and validate backups and monitoring.
• Document procedures, maintain runbooks, and update diagrams and inventories.
• Escalate risks, security concerns, or patient care impacts promptly and accurately.
