Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or related technical discipline.
Experience building full-stack production apps with frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/Python).
Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; LLm/AI services a plus.
Relational databases knowledge (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and data modeling.
Git, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain full-stack software applications across frontend, backend, and data layers.
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data integrations with modern frameworks.
Architect integrations with ERP, HR, payroll and reporting systems.
Contribute to AI-assisted development and production readiness of AI agents.
Create user interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools for adoption across teams.
Evaluate new tech and help shape Loenbro's platform roadmap.
