• Design, build, and operate software platforms that support Cloud Hardware Support (CHS).
• Operate independently while guiding the team’s technical direction.

• Improve engineering and operational practices, ownership, and mentoring across a director-level organization.
• Collaborate with partner teams across infrastructure, operations, and service engineering.
