Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the technical execution for a security product pillar. You will design and operate cloud demo environments, manage IaC pipelines, and apply DevOps rigor to support scalable customer demonstrations.

You will collaborate with Product and GTM teams to align product strategy with live demos, ensure readiness for releases, and continuously improve automation and lab reliability. This is a senior contributor role in a remote-capable setup.

Qualifications

8+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related technical role.
IAM/PAM experience with CyberArk Secrets Manager (Conjur) for secrets workflows.
Cloud infra expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP with containerization.
IaC with Terraform or Ansible implementation and governance.
Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell for automation and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain scalable cloud demo environments and IaC pipelines.
Lead DevOps practices to enable automated, repeatable evaluation labs.
Define evaluation use cases, success criteria, and runbooks for demos.
Drive release readiness and field enablement with engineering partners.
Monitor health of environments and drive improvements via automation.
