Job summary

Antimetal is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the primitives and surfaces powering our product velocity, infrastructure, and the integration substrate between agents and customer environments. This role is core to how we ship.

Youll architect and operate the systems that every agent invocation, onboarding, and code review depends on - our internal admin tooling, our deploy and observability pipelines, our MCP gateway, and the integration substrate that determines whether a new customer gets

Qualifications

• 3+ years in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering at a high-growth or AI-native company.
• Strong fundamentals in service-oriented architectures, networking, and systems design.
• Proficient in TypeScript, with hands-on experience operating production services on Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous goals from prototype to production using customer feedback and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate internal admin tooling, CI/CD, deploy pipelines, dev/demo environments, and the Claude-Code-native skills used daily to ship.
• Build and maintain platform infrastructure powering services on Kubernetes, deployment pipelines, observability, and secret management.
• Define and enforce production-ready standards and runtime abstractions for product teams.
• Own data infrastructure including schema, storage, and access patterns for traces, trajectories, telemetry, and state.
