Job summary

ITI Solutions in Indianapolis seeks a Platform Engineer/Architect to support JWICS enclave operations for DoD programs. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and hands-on platform engineering across Windows Server and Linux in secure environments.

You will work with virtualization, MECM/SCOM, and ticketing tools, contributing to infrastructure monitoring, change control, and disaster recovery exercises while coordinating with senior engineers and project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience in secure DoD environments.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Linux administration.
• Experience with JWICS or other classified networks.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix).
• Knowledge of MECM, SCOM, and Microsoft management tools.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, DFASNow).
• Understanding of DoD security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide platform engineering support for DFAS CCE JWICS enclave.
• Process and resolve Tier 3 DFASNow tickets.
• Update DFASNow with essential information.
• Support testing of new technologies and COOP exercises.
• Coordinate with senior engineers on complex issues.
• Document solutions and effort in ticketing system.
