Job summary

Hive-X is seeking a Platform Engineer to enhance their IT Platform Team in Town of Belgium, Wisconsin. This role involves designing and managing Azure infrastructure, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Responsibilities include developing CI/CD pipeline templates, ensuring platform security and operational reliability, and integrating best practices across application teams. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, and .NET, and will contribute to improving the deployment processes organization-wide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating and configuring Azure Kubernetes Service — networking, ingress, node pools, autoscaling.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, GitFlow branching, and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with .NET 10 build toolchain (dotnet build), NuGet.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
• Manage and evolve the Azure cloud platform and its resources.
• Develop and maintain shared CI/CD pipeline templates in Azure DevOps.
