Qualifications

• 6+ years in platform engineering or related roles
• Strong knowledge of AWS and open-source tooling
• Incident leadership experience and blameless post-mortems
• Ability to plan with MVP vs long-term rigor in mind
• Excellent cross-functional communication
• Customer empathy to address organization pain points

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability of core services (PostgreSQL on RDS, ECS)
• Drive security initiatives with minimal friction
• Create tools and best practices for engineers
• Set and influence non-functional standards
• Collaborate across teams to understand requirements
• Build platform for AI development and AI-powered features
