Notion is seeking a Developer Platform engineer to build the foundational tools, APIs, and experiences that connect Notion to the world. You will enable developers, admins, and builders to create reliable integrations and automations on top of Notion, contributing to a scalable and robust platform.

You will work on internal platform improvements and end-user facing features, tackling challenging technical problems and shaping long-term investments for core systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of shipping production software experience.
• Fluency with TypeScript across backend and frontend.
• Strong product instincts and ability to scope work.
• Willingness to adopt AI tools to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and drive execution from conception to maintenance.
• Advance Developer Platform capabilities across APIs, MCP tools, and integration infra.
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of Notion platform.
