Job summary

Inizio Partners Corp seeks a Platform Engineer focused on AI, automation, and platform enablement to scale a governed, AI-enabled engineering ecosystem across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, AWS, and enterprise applications.

The role delivers shared platform capabilities, emphasizes reliability, automation, and developer acceleration, and collaborates with enterprise teams to ensure governance and secure operations across the SDLC. Remote, long-term contract.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar.
• Experience with infrastructure automation, deployment scripting, and environment management.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, OAuth, REST services, and enterprise patterns.
• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid architectures across Azure and AWS.
• Observability tooling, telemetry pipelines, logging, and diagnostics expertise.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering workflows, Copilot technologies, LL M integrations, automation tooling, or agentic workflows.
• Security governance, RBAC, secrets management, and environment governance.
• Experience supporting agile product delivery in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve shared platform capabilities across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, AWS, APIs, and apps.
• Enable AI-driven development workflows and orchestration services in the SDLC.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement reusable platform services, connectors, and developer tooling.
• Support AI governance: Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and ML workflows.
• Build observability with telemetry, logging, monitoring, and dashboards.
• Support automated testing and release gating in pipelines.
• Enforce security controls including RBAC, identities, API security, and DLP policies.
• Collaborate with EA, Cybersecurity, Cloud Eng, Data & AI to meet governance standards.
• Assist product teams with onboarding, automation adoption, and platform optimization.
• Drive reliability, resiliency, and cost optimization across services.
