Job summary

Xpertise Recruitment is seeking a Platform Engineer for a cutting-edge AI infrastructure startup based in Brooklyn. You will join a small team and work directly with the CTO to architect and scale the AI identity and memory platform, focusing on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of containerization using K8s and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, scalability, and cloud infrastructure for the AI platform.
• Work directly with the CTO/Founder on platform performance.
• Solve scaling challenges as the platform grows.

Platform Engineer | AI Infrastructure Startup | Brooklyn | Post Seed ($8 million)

Our client, a cutting-edge AI infrastructure startup based in Brooklyn, is scaling rapidly following significant funding and explosive product growth, and is looking for a Platform Engineer.

Overview of role

You’ll be joining a highly technical team of just four engineers, working directly with the CTO/Founder to build and scale their AI identity and memory platform. You will own reliability, scalability, cloud infrastructure, observability, and platform performance while solving real‑world scaling challenges as the platform grows. This is not maintaining someone else’s cloud setup; it is architecting something new at the intersection of distributed systems and LLMs.
