Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a visionary platform and ecosystem product leader to define and scale the next-generation TaxEx, Treasury, and BPaaS offerings. You will own the vision, roadmap, discovery, and commercialization strategy across multiple platform partners and payroll-related services.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into differentiated products, establish partner-ready offerings, and drive recurring revenue growth beyond the Workday heritage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management or product leadership experience in enterprise/B2B
• Experience defining product strategy for platform ecosystems and multi-party solutions
• Strong ability to translate complex needs into coherent product direction
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for expanding OSV beyond the Workday ecosystem.
• Own vision, roadmap, and outcomes for TaxEx, Treasury, and BPaaS platform capabilities.
• Lead discovery with platforms, processors, partners, clients, and sales to identify unmet needs.
• Develop partner-facing capabilities and reusable integration strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, compliance, and partnerships to deliver outcomes.
