Job Description: The National Space Test and Training Complex–Orbital (NSTTC-O) Range Control Software (RCS) program operates a mission-critical platform stack across on-premises OpenStack and Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud within a rigorous Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance envelope, and is seeking a senior technical leader to guide and strengthen that infrastructure layer. As the program prepares for the Region 2 data center migration, the Development, Integration, and Test (DevI&T) Integrated Product Team (IPT) seeks an experienced Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to lead platform engineering, coordinate subcontractor delivery, and provide the clear technical direction needed to keep delivery pipelines producing compliant increments and the Authorization to Operate (ATO) defensible without sacrificing strategic oversight.
