Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing complex, large-scale product experiences.
• Proven success shaping platform-level or ecosystem-level design strategy.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking, interaction design, and design systems.
• Exceptional craft across flows, structure, and visual execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking—not just feature design.
• Experience influencing cross-functional leaders and aligning multiple teams around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year design vision for shared platform experiences across the ecosystem.
• Connect surfaces, workflows, and business units to create cohesive end-to-end experiences.
