• Demonstrated success shaping platform-level or ecosystem-level design strategy.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking, interaction design, and design systems.
• Exceptional craft across flows, structure, and visual execution.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and define clarity at scale.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year design vision for shared platform experiences across the ecosystem.
• Connect surfaces, workflows, and business units to create cohesive end-to-end experiences.
