Job summary

WorldStrides is transforming its data platform as part of a Fabric migration, placing a senior PM at the center of two adjacent problem spaces: Platform (payments, billing, and financial data) and Data (quality, pipelines, self-serve analytics). You will own discovery-to-outcome across both spaces, partnering with engineers, design, finance, and compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, ideally including payments, data or analytics platforms.
SQL and spreadsheet fluency; able to discuss pipelines or semantic models with a data engineer.
Power BI familiarity as a consumer — know what a good/bad report looks like.

Responsibilities

Frame problems sharply across two lanes; synthesize research, transactional data, and internal input into precise problem statements.
Partner with data engineering on the Fabric migration and Power BI surfaces; define useful internal data offerings.
Design experiments with many small bets, measuring outcomes and iterating based on results.
Communicate progress and strategic decisions clearly to leadership and cross-functional pods.
