You will shape foundational services, tackle distributed systems challenges, and enable scalable, reliable products for a fintech audience. You will balance rapid delivery with solid engineering principles in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex distributed systems problems, owns outcomes, and mentors others while delivering robust, reusable platform components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record shipping software in Fintech.
• Experience designing web services including REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal/ED architectures and progressive delivery patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize foundational microservices and infra for Félix products.
• Improve platform resilience, monitoring, and incident response.
• Identify bottlenecks, boost scalability and performance for hyper-growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ops, compliance, and business units.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
