Job summary

PBS is seeking a Platform and Content Operations Associate to act as an operational hub across internal teams ensuring content is prepared, published, maintained, and represented accurately on digital platforms.

The role requires 1–3 years in digital media or content operations, strong organization, and the ability to work with multiple teams. A bachelor's degree and proficiency with office tools are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in digital media, streaming, content operations, or CMS is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage content across PBS distribution platforms.
• Maintain accurate metadata and assets in multiple systems.
• Ensure content complies with rights and windowing schedules.
• Monitor platform health and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate launches of new content and platform initiatives.
• Serve as liaison across multiple teams and partners.
• Track timelines, risks, and workflow improvements.
