Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and vendors on a major platform standardization and expansion into new markets.

You’ll shape requirements, steer the project plan, and drive testing, deployment, and handoff, owning the program from first workshop to go-live. This on-site Florida role offers immediate impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst delivering end-to-end initiatives.
• Experience with Agile and SDLC.
• Experience in energy, utilities, trading, or market analysis is a plus.
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Jira, Azure DevOps, and AWS.
• Ability to liaise with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops and document requirements for the platform.
• Manage project plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Run Agile ceremonies and release activities.
• Coordinate IT testing and UAT, track defects, and obtain sign-off.
• Prepare executive dashboards and steering materials; guide production readiness.
