Job summary
Hydrogen Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support an IT standardization and market expansion initiative in Juno Beach, FL. You will act as the principal liaison between business stakeholders, market analysis teams, IT delivery teams, and vendors, driving requirements, planning, delivery, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities include leading planning, documenting requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring production
Qualifications
- Five or more years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience supporting technology delivery and platform modernization.
- Knowledge of Agile and SDLC.
- Ability to translate business needs into deliverables.
- Experience with project reporting and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and document needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans and risks.
- Create process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprints.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to deliver requirements.
- Support workflow automation, data integration, dashboards, and reporting.
- Coordinate testing and sign-off, plus executive updates.
- Drive production readiness and knowledge transfer.
