- Backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.

- Mentoring and people management passion.

- Own platform architecture, security, and stability on GCP for YoY growth.
- Lead backend team of 3–5 engineers, fostering engineering excellence.
- Drive cost-optimisation and scalable resource management.
- Architect integrations with external partner APIs and robust authentication protocols.
- Partner with CTO and Director of Engineering to align strategy.
