ByteDance is seeking a self-motivated software engineer to build platforms and services for interacting with large-scale production systems. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software, while delivering tools to boost engineering productivity and performance.

In this role you will bring new ideas and technologies into our platform, driving innovation and iteration across domestic and overseas data centers.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with two or more of: web apps, Unix/Linux, distributed systems, networking, large software systems.
• Experience with IT operations/management concepts (DICM/ITOM/ITSM) preferred.
• Experience with GPU, big data (Hadoop/Kafka/Apache) or streaming/computing is a plus.
