Job summary

Real Radiology is seeking a Platform Automation Strategist to support our core business platforms in Omaha, NE. You will partner with the Business Analysis Manager on configuration, administration, documentation, and user adoption to drive value across platforms.

The role requires owning the prioritized backlog, directing vendor releases, and building training materials to accelerate adoption. A proactive, curious approach to new technology is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience as a business/systems analyst or platform administrator.
• Experience creating end-user documentation and training.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the prioritized platform enhancement backlog and drive decisions based on business value and effort.
• Direct vendor releases, fixes, and new features in coordination with IT.
• Develop deep platform knowledge: architecture, data flows, integration points.
• Evaluate new platform features and drive adoption decisions.Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks across platforms.
• Coordinate with analysts on data structures, reporting needs, and dashboards.
