Job summary

Real Radiology is seeking a Business Systems Improvement Analyst in Omaha, NE to drive evolution of core business platforms. You will partner with the Business Analysis Manager to automate manual work, manage the enhancement backlog, and coordinate vendor releases.

You will own documentation and training strategy, support data dashboards, and collaborate with analysts and IT to ensure secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a business/systems analyst or similar role.
• Experience supporting or administering a business platform: enhancement prioritization, configuration, and workflow design.
• Experience creating end-user documentation and delivering end-user training.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the prioritized enhancement backlog for assigned platforms and drive decisions.
• Direct vendor releases, fixes, and new features with IT involvement.
• Develop deep platform knowledge and assess impact on other projects.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive tasks across platforms.
• Coordinate documentation, training, and adoption across the organization.
