About the Job
At Real Radiology we are on a mission to improve patient outcomes by ensuring our clients and radiologists have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed. We are a physician-owned teleradiology company that is committed to seamless operations, innovative technology, and exceptional services.
Be part of a team that’s transforming healthcare through meaningful impact. Here, collaboration, passion, and adaptability drive everything we do!
Summary
The Platform Automation Strategist supports Real Radiology's core business platforms, partnering with the Business Analysis Manager on configuration, administration, documentation, and user adoption. This role owns and manages the prioritized enhancement backlog for assigned platforms, directs vendor coordination on releases and new functionality, and drives the documentation and training strategy that fuels adoption across the organization. The role reports to the Business Analysis Manager and partners closely with the Business Analyst and Senior Data Analyst, supporting Business Analyst project work as team priorities require. This role must also be forward-thinking and genuinely curious about new technology — proactively identifying ways to automate manual work and accelerate how tasks get done across these platforms, rather than waiting for direction.

- Own the resolution path for system performance and data-integrity issues — diagnosing business impact, directing the appropriate response, and partnering with the Business Analysis Manager or Information Technology to resolve.
- Direct the release process for configuration changes — approving readiness for production deployment, communicating changes to affected users in advance, and owning the system of record for what changed and when.
Documentation & Training
- Own the development and upkeep of user manuals, quick-reference guides, and standard operating procedures for each platform.
- Own the training strategy for new and existing users, directing delivery on new features or workflow changes.

- Able to establish intake and prioritization discipline where formal process does not yet exist
- Clear written and verbal communicator, able to train others of varying technical skill levels
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the Business Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, and cross-functional stakeholders
