Job summary

Real Radiology, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Improvement Analyst to drive evolution of core business platforms. You will partner with the Business Analysis Manager to automate manual tasks, manage the backlog, and coordinate vendor releases.

This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on process improvement across administration, configuration, and training. You will collaborate with the Business Analyst and Senior Data Analyst to support projects, ensure data integrity, and strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in business/systems analysis or platform administration, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with enhancement prioritization, configuration, and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage prioritized enhancement backlog for platforms, balancing value and effort.
• Direct vendor releases, fixes, and new features; coordinate with IT for HITRUST scope changes.
• Build deep knowledge of platform architectures and data flows and assess cross‑project impact.
• Evaluate new features and drive adoption based on business need.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and accelerate workflows.
• Administer configurations, workflows, and rules; manage user access and provisioning.
• Lead documentation and training for users; develop SOPs and guides.
• Coordinate with analytics on data structures and dashboards supporting finance and ops.
